Why have I been asked if I've seen a Cashback logo containing Beta?
You may notice a "Beta" logo appearing on Cashback from time to time - and that’s completely normal!
We’re currently in the process of updating and improving the site behind the scenes. To make sure everything runs smoothly, some members will have joined us via our Beta version. As of the 2nd February 2026 we will be dropping the 'Beta' from the logo.

If you have an issue that relates to a task that is still grey (not tracked) please only submit a support ticket by clicking HERE as you will be required to upload evidence that you've completed the task as per the instructions of the task.
