                    Who We Are 
 We’re Cashback, a brand owned by Submission Technology Ltd (Company No. 04456811). We’re based at The Beater House, East Wing, Turkey Mill, Maidstone, Kent, ME14 5PP and we operate this website, cashback.co.uk.
- 
                    How It Works 
 These rules explain how Cashback works. Please follow them so everything runs smoothly for you (and us!).
- 
                    Where the Cashback Comes From 
 Retailers reward us when you complete their tasks, and we pass that cashback on to you (Not applicable to Playtika’s games). Just so you know, any purchases or sign-ups you make are with the retailer, not with us. Their terms and conditions apply, and we’re not responsible for the goods or services they provide. You acknowledge that the retailer’s decision is final in relation to the payment of commission to us and in turn, our decision is final in relation to paying cashback to you (Not applicable to Playtika’s games).

                    Retailer Campaign
 We aim to show accurate information about each task but mistakes can happen. If something’s wrong with a retailer's listing, that’s out of our hands.
- 
                    Following the Rules 
 If you don’t follow these Terms or the instructions we provide, we may not be able to credit cashback to your account. In such cases, unfortunately, you won’t be able to claim the missing cashback from us or from any of our retailer partners.
- 
                    No Guarantees 
 While we do our best to keep our website running smoothly, the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. That means we can’t guarantee it will always meet your needs, be free of errors, or be available at all times. We also can’t guarantee the accuracy of the information you find on the site or the results you may get from using it.
- 
                    Contacting Us (Not the Retailers) 
 Your relationship is with us - not the individual retailers. If you have any questions, concerns, or need help with anything cashback-related, please get in touch with us directly via our Helpdesk. Retailers won’t be able to assist you with cashback claims or queries.
- 
                    Our Right to Enforce These Terms 
 If we don’t immediately take action when you breach these Terms, it doesn’t mean we’ve waived our rights. We can still enforce any part of these Terms at a later date.
- 
                    Who Can Join 
 To join and stay part of our Cashback Programme, you must:- Have full legal capacity to enter into a contract;
- Always use your true legal identity on our website and retailer websites;
- You are over 18 years of age; except for Playtika games (21+ for WSOP; and 18+ for Board Kings and Solitaire Grand Harvest)
- Your permanent place of residence is at an address in the UK; and,
- You maintain with us a valid and subsisting email address that legally belongs to you.

                    Getting Your Cashback: Tracking Tasks
 To make sure your tasks track properly and you receive your cashback, you must:- Complete the task using the link provided on cashback.co.uk
- Follow the specific Terms and Conditions listed for each task
 If you don’t use our link, the task won’t track, and you won’t be eligible for Cashback. 
 Important: Using a VPN, ad blocker, or iCloud Private Relay can stop tasks from tracking. If you use any of these, we won’t be able to manually add Cashback for you. To protect our partners from fraud, no payments will be made to users accessing the site through a VPN.

                    Your Personal Data 
 We take your privacy seriously. Your personal data is handled according to our Privacy Notice.If you opt in, we’ll send you regular cashback updates by email, you can unsubscribe at any time. To help prevent fraud, we may sometimes ask you to verify your identity. If we do, your ID will be securely destroyed once verification is complete.

                    When You Actually Earn Cashback 
 You’ll only earn Cashback when:- Your task is marked as completed and turns green (when it tracks properly between the retailer and us), and
- The level it relates to has also turned green in your dashboard.
 Only then will the cashback for that task be credited to your account. 
- 
                    Cashback Ownership 
 Until a task is completed and cashback is credited to your account, it remains our property. Only cashback from successfully completed tasks will appear in your account balance.
- 
                    Cashback Has No Cash Value (Until Approved)
 Until it’s been approved and credited to your account, cashback doesn’t have any cash value.- You can’t transfer it, sell it, exchange it, or use it with anyone else
- It can’t be redeemed for anything until it meets the cashout criteria
- It’s not classed as stored value (like a gift card or bank balance)
 
- When You Can Withdraw Your Cashback
 You’ll be able to withdraw your cashback once:- You’ve completed all 10 levels, and
- Those levels have all turned green (meaning they have been successfully completed)
 After your first cashout you can go back and complete more tasks. Any new cashback earned can be withdrawn once your confirmed balance is above £10, no need to complete the ladder again. 
- 
                    Missing Cashback from an Approved Task
 Most retailers report approved cashback within a few days, but some take longer - especially if they have a returns period. If you’ve completed a task correctly and it hasn’t appeared as pending (or amber) in your account after 2 working days please contact our Helpdesk with any supporting evidence. If we believe you have met the conditions to earn cashback on that task, we’ll try our best to recover the missing cashback from the retailer (Not applicable to Playtika’s games). However, we can’t guarantee success, and we’re not liable for any delay or failure to recover it
- 
                    Time Limit for Missing Cashback Claims
 We’re unable to investigate missing cashback for tasks completed more than 90 days ago. Please contact us within this timeframe if you notice anything hasn’t tracked.
- 
                    If a Task Is Rejected
 If a task you’ve previously completed gets marked as rejected (or turns red), don’t worry, you may be able to get it reinstated. Just send us clear evidence that you completed the task as required. If it can’t be approved, you’ll need to choose and complete a different task from the same level to progress
- 
                    Amber Levels = pending retailer confirmation
 When a level is marked amber in your account, it means we’re still waiting on final confirmation from the retailer on a task. This is usually automatic and can take up to 15 days. Unfortunately, we’re unable to speed this up. Please only contact our Helpdesk if the amber status has remained unchanged after 15 days.

                    Using Cashback honestly 
 By using cashback.co.uk, you confirm that all the information you provide is true and accurate to the best of your knowledge. You’ll use the site in an ethical and honest way. Any attempt to mislead, cheat, or provide false information is considered fraud. If we suspect misuse, we may suspend or permanently close your account without prior notice.

                    We May Adjust Your Balance 
 We reserve the right to adjust your cashback balance if needed, including (but not limited to) situations involving:- A retailer failing to pay us (Not applicable to Playtika's games).
- You receiving a refund or returning a product
- Suspected dishonesty or misuse
- System or accounting errors
 Running a cashback platform involves complex tracking so now and then, errors may occur despite everyone’s best intentions. We and you both agree to act reasonably in correcting any mistakes, but you also accept that: - We may not always be able to fix every issue to your satisfaction
- We’re not liable for errors or omissions that are outside our control
 
- 
                    One Cashback Programme per Year, per Person
 To keep things fair:- You can only complete the cashback ladder once in any 12-month period
- You must not open more than one Cashback account
- You must not use different identities or emails to try and earn cashback multiple times
 If we detect abuse of this policy, we may suspend or permanently close your account. 
- Bonus Offers and Daily Surveys
 Cashback.co.uk provides users with the opportunity to earn cashback by completing designated tasks as part of the cashback ladder. Tasks are incentivised actions for which users may receive a cashback reward once completed and verified. In addition to tasks, users may also be presented with bonus offers or surveys upon reaching certain points in the cashback journey. Bonus offers and surveys are optional, external opportunities provided via third-party websites. These are non-incentivised, meaning they do not qualify for cashback rewards and are not considered part of the incentivised task ladder. Participation in bonus offers is at the user's discretion and subject to the terms of the third-party provider.

                    Be Kind — No Abusive Language 
 We have a zero-tolerance policy for any behaviour that’s threatening, abusive, obscene and defamatory or libellous. If you direct this kind of language toward our team or other users, your account may be closed without warning.
- 
                    You’re Responsible for Your Use of the Site
 If your actions breach these Terms, and we suffer any loss, cost, or legal issues as a result:- You agree to cover our reasonable expenses, including legal fees
- This includes our staff, affiliates, and partners
 
- 
                    Keeping Your Account Safe
                    We use secure login methods (like email verification links) to make signing in easier and safer. You're still responsible for keeping your email account secure and not sharing your login links with others. If you think someone else has accessed your Cashback account without permission, contact our Helpdesk right away. We’re not responsible for any unauthorised access caused by someone gaining access to your email or login method. 
- 
                    When and How You’ll Be Paid 
 When you become eligible to cash out:- A ‘Cashout’ button will activate in your account
- When you choose to cashout, you will receive your Cashback via PayPal™, bank transfer, or another method we may offer in future.
 To qualify for your payout: - You must successfully complete one approved task from each Level
- You must successfully complete all 10 levels
- All Levels must turn green (meaning approved and validated)
- You must provide payment details that match your account name
 
- Payment Checks and Fraud Prevention
 To help prevent fraud, we may carry out verification steps before sending your first cashback payment - for example, by sending a £0.01 validation payment to your PayPal™ account. If we suspect a breach of these terms, we may withhold payment and request proof of ID. Any ID we collect will be handled securely and in accordance with our Privacy Notice. We also reserve the right to withdraw PayPal™ as a payment option and process your cashback via bank transfer only.

                    Your Cashback Is Just for You
 You must not transfer, assign or share your Cashback with anyone else, nor exchange it for goods or services outside of our service. You must not allow others to benefit from your Cashback - even with your consent. By registering, you confirm you're acting on your own behalf, and not for or on behalf of anyone else. 
- 
                    Bank Payments
 If you choose to receive your Cashback via bank transfer, you’re responsible for ensuring your bank details are correct. If incorrect details are provided and the payment is sent to the wrong account, we will not be able to re-issue the payment, and we accept no liability for any resulting loss. 
- 
                    Payment Disputes
 You may raise a query or dispute about a cashback payment for up to 3 months from the date you requested your payout. After that time, we won’t be able to investigate or re-issue the payment. If you raise a valid dispute within the 3-month period, we’ll investigate and aim to respond within 10 working days. 
- 
                    When we might close your Account
 We may need to close your account from time to time. This could be for a few different reasons, for example, if your account has been inactive for 6 months, if we believe your account has been accessed without your permission, or if you’ve broken these Terms. We also reserve the right to close your account for any other reason, but if that ever happens, we’ll always give you at least four weeks’ notice (unless it's for a breach or security issue). We’ll aim to keep everything running smoothly, and we’ll do our best to minimise any disruption. Just a heads up: once your final cashback payment has been made, your remaining balance will no longer be available. And as a reminder from Clause 9, you can only have one Cashback account — creating duplicates may affect your eligibility. 
- 
                    Account Closure Due to Breaching Terms
 If we ever need to close your Account because you’ve broken these Terms, you agree not to try and sign up again – even with a different name or email. 
- 
                    Account Closure Due to Inactivity
 Your Account will be automatically closed if you do not log in, click a task, or request a withdrawal for a continuous period of 6 months ("inactivity"). Before closure, we will email you a reminder after 5 months of inactivity. Unless we determine otherwise in our sole discretion and on a case-by-case basis, any remaining balance in your Account will be void upon closure and you will no longer be able to access your Account. You may re-join the Cashback Programme with a new Account using a different email address, provided you meet the eligibility criteria outlined in paragraph 9. 
- 
                    Refer and Earn Programme
                    We operate a Refer and Earn programme that rewards you for inviting new users to Cashback. As a referrer, you will earn 10% of your referral's task-based earnings once your referral has earned at least £10 from tasks. In addition, once your referral's 10 Levels have all switched to either pending or confirmed, you’ll receive a one-time £10 reward. Referral rewards apply only to task-based earnings and exclude bonuses, promotional rewards, or further referral activity. We reserve the right to withhold referral rewards if we suspect misuse or breach of the eligibility criteria set out in paragraph 9. To qualify for rewards, both you and your referral must meet the relevant eligibility criteria and have completed at least 10 confirmed Levels. 
- 
                    Keep it fair when you share
 Please don’t use spammy or misleading tactics to promote your referral link. That includes things like sending unsolicited emails, posting where advertising isn’t allowed, or making false claims. Let’s keep things honest and fair. 
- 
                    Make sure your link is used
 To earn referral rewards, your friend must sign up using your personalised referral link. If they don’t, or if the tracking doesn’t work, we won’t be able to credit you – even if you referred them. Unfortunately, we can’t take responsibility for tracking issues outside our control. 
- 
                    Updates to the Programme
 We may need to change, pause, or close the Cashback Programme (or parts of it) from time to time. We’ll always aim to keep you in the loop, but it’s a good idea to check the Terms now and then. By continuing to use the site, you’re agreeing to any updates we make. 
- 
                    If we can’t continue 
 In the unlikely event that Cashback.co.uk closes down or we’re no longer able to fund the Cashback Programme, any cashback in your Account—no matter the amount—may be voided. This also applies if we go into administration or insolvency. We hope it never happens, but it’s important to be transparent.
- 
                    Welcome Bonus terms 
 If we run a promotion that includes a “Welcome Bonus,” it’ll only become payable once all Levels have been completed and confirmed. You’ll see the Levels turn green when they’re ready, and advertisers have signed them off.
- 
                    Keeping things secure 
 To help protect against fraud, we don’t allow registrations using certain email domains, including mail.com and protonmail.com.
- 
                    The legal bit 
 These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If anything ever needs to be sorted out legally, it’ll be handled by their courts.
- 
                    Intellectual Property 
 All content on cashback.co.uk (text, images, layouts, trademarks) belongs to us and our partners. You can use it for personal purposes only e.g. copying, framing, or sharing any part of the site without permission is not allowed.
- 
                    Act responsibly 
 You must use the site responsibly - no hacking, malware, denial-of-service attacks, or any action that might disrupt our service. If we detect any harmful behaviour, we’ll close your account and may report it to the authorities.
- 
                    Other websites 
 We’re not responsible for any third-party websites we link to. If you follow a link, you do so at your own risk - we encourage you to check their terms and privacy policies.
- 
                    Changes to our terms
                    From time to time, we may need to update these Terms & Conditions to reflect changes in how Cashback works or to keep everything legally up to date. If we make any material changes – for example, anything that affects your rights - we’ll give you a heads-up with a clear notice on our website. For smaller changes, we might not notify you directly, but the latest version will always be available on our website. By continuing to use Cashback.co.uk after any updates, you’re agreeing to the new Terms & Conditions. 
We are currently in the process of upgrading our site to a new platform. Over the coming months, new members will join us on the upgraded platform, while existing members will continue using the current one for now. As we transition, there may be some changes to how you access your account, and we'll give at least four weeks' notice if we need to make any changes that require us to close your account. We'll aim to keep things running smoothly, but please bear with us if there are any teething issues. A quick reminder: as per Section 9 of our Terms & Conditions, members can only have one Cashback account at a time. Creating duplicate accounts may affect your eligibility. Thanks for your patience and support as we improve the Cashback experience for everyone.
