How It Works

Cashback is a really simple way of earning some easy money from the comfort of your home, or on your mobile on the move. When you sign up you will be presented with 10 levels which are filled with free trials, sign ups and online tasks from the UK’s top brands such as a free trial with Amazon or a subscription box.

Every level has lots of tasks to choose from. All you need to do is complete one or more tasks on each level (the more you complete, the more you'll earn!). Once all 10 levels have turned GREEN, you can cash out your reward money!

After you have completed an level on a level it will turn Amber, this can take up to 2 working days. But don’t worry, you don’t need to wait for the task to turn Amber before you can carry completing the rest of your tasks.

Tasks can stay Amber for up to 15 days whilst the advertisers check that you have completed the task in full. Once your task is confirmed it will turn Green automatically and the Reward will be added to your Cashback Account, once all 10 levels are Green you can cash out!

When you have 10 Green levels, a claim button will appear, and you will be able to request payment via bank transfer or PayPal. The money will be in your account within a few working days.

You need to complete at least one offer on each of the levels to be able to cash out. However, as there are multiple offers on each level for you to choose from, you can take as many as you like and you will be rewarded for all the tasks you chose to complete (as long as the terms and conditions have been met).

If you have taken a task previously, you cannot do it again on another level as you would not be eligible. Tasks are tracked trough the cookies on your web browser, usually, this means tasks are assigned to the first level you clicked them on so please make sure to clear your cookies regularly and use a device on 4G if you are experiencing issues with tracking.

Nope! As soon as you've completed a task you can move on.

After you have completed a task on a level it will turn Amber but this can sometimes take up to 3 days. So, don't panic if it doesn't change colour right away!

TOP TIP: Keep your welcome email and any evidence that confirms you have completed a task; if a task does not track automatically after 3 days we can then look into this for you!

Whilst many of the tasks on Cashback have no charge, some advertisers/retailers may ask you to sign up for a free trial or subscription.

You do not have to sign up or continue with a subscription unless you want to!

Sadly not! For each task to be approved, they must be in your own name. If you have a friend or family member who would like to complete tasks, they will need to make a new account in their name.

Cashback is completely FREE to join! Members can complete a range of tasks with different options on every Level.

We offer at least one non-gambling alternative on every Level to make sure you have a variety of options.

Some of our tasks are free and some may require a small spend in order to complete the task, but we always make sure that the cashback you receive for these outweighs any money you have spent.

To be a member of Cashback you must be over 18, and a resident of the United Kingdom.

You must use your own name and identity, as per our T&Cs.

It's completely up to you, most users complete Cashback in a couple of hours, but some users will choose to complete their tasks over a few days whenever they get spare time!

Once all your Levels are Amber they can then take up to 15 days to be confirmed by the advertiser. When all 10 Levels are Green you can cash out!

If a Level is Grey, this means no task has been completed on this Level yet. If you have completed a task, it can take up to 3 days to turn Amber.

If a Level is Amber, this means the task has tracked correctly. Amber Levels take 15 days to turn Green, this is the time agreed by the advertiser and we cannot speed this up.

If a Level is Green, this means you have completed a task and it has been confirmed.

If a Level is Red, unfortunately this means your task has been rejected by the advertiser due to the task’s terms and conditions not being met.

When you’ve completed at least one task on each Level and all 10 Leads have turned green, a claim button will appear for you to request your payment.

If you’ve not completed all 10 levels, you won’t be able to claim your pay out.

When you’re ready to cash out, please enter your BACs or PayPal payment details under the “My Account” tab.

Payments are made 3 times per week, on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday. If you have requested your payment after 9am, you will be put in the next available payment run.

The majority of the offers on Cashback are for new members only, as you've just signed up you no longer count as a new member.

We only receive a commission for new members so if you have already registered with a retailer before, we will not receive any commission so there is nothing to pass onto you.

However, we add new tasks weekly, so you can continue to return and complete further tasks in order to cash out again and again - providing you have a confirmed balance of over £10!
