Why can't I log in?
We're sorry to hear you're having trouble logging in. Please try the steps below to resolve this:
- Check your email:
	- Ensure you’re using the correct email associated with your account.
- If you have multiple emails, try each one.
 
- Check spam/junk folders:
	- Sometimes login links or reset emails end up there.
 
- Resend login email:
	- If the above hasn’t worked, use the “Resend Email” option.

How do I unsubscribe from emails?
We’re sorry you don't want to hear from us anymore ☹
You can unsubscribe from our marketing emails within your Cashback account by clicking here and disabling the top toggle, or you can choose to simply hear from us a little bit less rather than unsubscribe fully.
If you also wish to unsubscribe from updates on your task activity such as when a task switches to pending, and again when it switches to confirmed please disable the toggle further down in your Communication Preferences area.
Please note that Cashback will never share your details with anyone else. All of our tasks are through third-party advertisers. This means if you do not want to hear from an advertiser related to a task you've completed, you would need to unsubscribe directly from that advertiser.
How do I close my Cashback account?

To close your account, simply click here and follow the instructions -> Close My Account

How do I stop receiving pop up notifications?
Push notifications are connected to the browser on your device, which you would have chosen to receive when you opened your account.
