Why is my task still showing as Grey? (Not tracked)
Whilst most tasks update quite quickly, some can take up to 3 days to track on our system.
If a task you’ve completed is still showing as Grey (not tracked) after 3 days, please submit a ticket below and ensure you include the requested screenshots and we'll be able to look into it for you.
TOP TIP: Keep your welcome email and any evidence that confirms you have completed a task; this will help us look into the issue for you.
Why is my task Amber?
If a Level is Amber, this means the task has tracked correctly! Amber Levels take 15 days to turn Green, this is the time agreed by the advertiser and we cannot speed this up!
If your task is Amber we do not need to see any screenshots. The task will change to Green once the 15 days have passed.
Why is my task Red?
Unfortunately, this means your task has been rejected by the advertiser. ☹️
Tasks are generally only rejected by the Advertiser/Retailer if the Terms and Conditions of the task have not been fully met.
I'm stuck on a Level
If you're stuck on a Level and there are no tasks you wish to complete, please move on to the next Level by clicking on to any task on the level that you are stuck on. Then check back at a later date as we try to add new tasks regularly into our system!
I've completed a task once, can I do the same task again?
Unfortunately not!
The retailers that we work with specify that the tasks we run are for new members only.
If you are already registered with the retailer (either through Cashback, or from a previous instance), you are not eligible to take the task as you are not a new member. We only receive a commission for new members so if you have already registered with a retailer before, we will not receive any commission so there is nothing to pass onto you.
Please choose an alternative task from the options available on the Level.
